We offer three commitment periods: 3 months, 6 months or 12 months. The longer the commitment, the more advantageous the monthly rate and setup fees. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current commitment period.

Yes, you can upgrade to a higher plan (Starter to Standard or Max) at any time from your client dashboard. The change takes effect immediately and billing is adjusted pro-rata based on your current commitment.
No hidden fees whatsoever. The displayed price includes the mobile app, back-office, updates, hosting, and support. Setup fees are clearly displayed for each plan and commitment period. There are no transaction commissions or additional costs based on the number of customers.
Billing is monthly, regardless of the commitment period chosen. A longer commitment offers a more advantageous monthly rate. Your invoice is automatically generated each month and can be found in your client dashboard.
Yes, we fully customize the mobile app to your brand: logo, colors, app name, store icon. Your customers download an app bearing your business name, not Fidelytics.
The timeline varies depending on your project's complexity and the App Store/Google Play Store review processes. We keep you informed at every step and do everything possible to ensure the fastest deployment.
